So yeah I was bored this afternoon and decided to do these. The game hasn't even been announced yet but I thought I would do them anyway. These are probably the first IV icons on the internet. 
If you are going to use these I recommend you use a dock to display them as the largest size goes up to 256x256. If you are using Windows Vista with large desktop icons, they will display fine without a dock
